Apples to Apples Custom Card Template
 Create
your own unique and personalized Apples to Apples cards
using the Apples to Apples Custom Card Template.
This file is a Microsoft Word template (.dot), which is laid
out to match the preprinted MyCard sheets.
Print your new card text directly on to the full color preprinted MyCard sheets
and separate these microperforated sheets into cards. Your
customized cards will blend right into your existing card
set!
Download the Apples to Apples Custom Card Templates:
Red Apple Instructions:
- Open the Red Apple
Custom Card Template File in Microsoft Word.
- For each card, delete the
words “Card
Title” and write in the Title of your choice.
- Delete
the words “Flavor Text” from
each card and write your own factual or funny comments.*
- Load
one Red MyCard sheet into your printer according
to the specifications of your printer so that the
text is printed on the front of the cards.
- Print your
customized cards with Microsoft Word.
- Remove the sheet
from your printer and carefully fold along the micro
perforation lines. Fold the cards back the other
direction and separate.
- Add your new cards to any
existing Out of the Box Apples to Apples game!

Green Apple Instructions:
- Open the Green
Apple Custom Card Template File
in Microsoft Word.
- For each card, delete the words “Card Title” and
write in the Title of your choice in both locations.
- Delete the words “Synonym 1” from each
card and replace with your own synonymous word or
phrase. Repeat with Synonyms 2 and 3.
- Load one Green MyCard sheet into your printer according
to the specifications of your printer so that the
text is printed on the front of the cards.
- Print your customized cards with Microsoft Word.
- Remove the sheet from your printer and carefully
fold along the micro perforation lines. Fold the
cards back the other direction and separate.
- Add your new cards to any existing Out of the Box
Apples to Apples game!

* For more
professional looking cards follow these hints:
- Factual
information in the flavor text should be written
in standard print, while funny comments should be
written in italics.
- After writing
the flavor text drag the top of the text box down
which will move your flavor text to the bottom of
the card.
