The green apple card displays "Reclusive." Your red apple cards are "Antarctica", "Electric Chairs", "Going to church", "Middle Earth", "Inside Your Car", "Taking a Bath" and "Living in Ancient Egypt". Now think fast: Which red apple card goes best with the green apple card?

There are 324 red apple cards, each with the name of a person, place, thing, or event. Red apple cards are shuffled, and seven are dealt to each player. Each of 108 green apple cards features an adjective. The first judge, chosen at random, draws a green apple card, reads it aloud and places it face up on the table. The other participants quickly select from their hands the red apple card that they think is best represented by the green apple card and put it facedown on the table.

The judge mixes the chosen cards, places them face up and chooses the best red apple card, with the green apple card going to the winner. Hands are replenished after each round and play proceeds to the left, with players taking turns as judge. The victor is the first to acquire a predetermined number of green apple cards.

This ap-peel-ing little game will provide evenings of fruitful fun. You won't want to stop comparing Apples to Apples.
